A dark ruby colored, fruity and spicy red wine made from syrah and ökgüzözü grapes. The nose smells of black currant jam, blueberry, dried cherry, plum, raspberry, clove and vanilla. On the palate it has connotations of chocolate, black pepper and basil. Kayra’s affordable table wine. It can be sipped with spicy meats, pizza and pasta.

Doluca Antik Kırmızı

Antique Red, which takes its permanent and tannic structure on the palate from Boğazkere and its strong and mouth-filling flavor from Shiraz, is kept in 225-liter French oak barrels for 8 months, then bottled and continues to age in our underground cavities. Thus, it gains a rich bouquet, dark color and a flavor that stays on the palate for a long time. Body, strong, lasting and fruity on the palate, Antique Red evokes aromas of ripe cherries, cranberries, grape pulp and vanilla.

A wine with full fruity flavors produced from shiraz, merlot, kalecik karası and Boğazkere grapes grown in the southern district of Denizli by Pamukkale Winery.

Leona – Merlot

On the nose, Leona Merlot smells of ripe green pepper and oak incense; On the palate, it is a wine with aromas of red licorice, celery, milk chocolate and mint tea. Sava Premium

Kalecik Karası, grown in the Güney District of Denizli, is made with the perfect harmony of Shiraz and Merlot grapes. The aromas of red cherry and banana hitting the front nose are followed by spices and tobacco, and on the palate, blackberry, red pepper and black cherry aromas are felt; It is a round, lively, structured, slightly tannic and permanent wine. Grilled beef steak and lamb skewers will be the perfect match when paired with white meat dishes in tomato sauce, pasta with bolognese sauce, meat salads and pizzas. It should be served at 16°C.

DLC – Grenache – 2013

Made from grapes of French origin grown in the Gulf of Saros, at the Çerkezköy facility of Doluca, with an alcohol content of 14.5 degrees.

Ruby color with purple highlights. On the nose, black cherry, sour cherry and damson are associated. Fine, flowing, tannins are balanced by a lively acidity. A lovely red that can be sipped slightly cool at 12-14 degrees, like Beaujolais wines. It should be tried with white meats and spicy appetizers.

Broyka – Merlot – 2011

It is a grape originating from Bordeaux, France, which is ideally suited to the Thrace region. It is an aging wine with a distinctive softness, rich fruity character and a fullness that covers the mouth. Smoked and spicy cheeses, grilled red meats, sauce and baked red meat dishes, pasta with cheese and mushroom sauce, and Asian specialties with red meat.

This lively and fruity wine, Plain Öküzgözü, in which the screw cap, which is widely used in the world, is applied for the first time in quality wines in Turkey, reflects all the characteristics of Öküzgözü, the local grape of the Elazığ Region.

Plain Öküzgözü is a fruity, soft tannic and well-balanced wine that pairs well with charcuterie, grilled lamb, pizza a la Turca, chicken Ceasar salad, spring rolls, and fresh cheeses such as mozzarella. The ideal service temperature is 14-16°C.

Chamlija – Pinot Noir – 2013

It is made from grapes from vineyards at an altitude of 300-400 meters at the foot of the Istranca Mountains and rested in French oak barrels. 15 degrees alcohol.

Typical Burgundy purple. Fragrance of raisins, ripe peaches and light iron. On the palate it is strong and robust, with intense tannins and long lasting. It’s still a little gruff, it’ll get better as it matures. In 2 to 5 years, it should be tried with duck and game meats. A promising cellar wine.

Likya Vineyards – Acıkara – 2013 – Antalya

It is made from the forgotten grapes of Antalya, grown in vineyards at an altitude of 1,100 meters in Elmalı. 13.5 degrees alcoholic

Very dark, black tones, almost like ink. The nose and palate are still closed, with associations of licorice, caramelized black fruit and black pepper. A wine with a dense bodied, almost pasty tannin, solid structure and promising future. It is still very pointed and angular, needs rest. It should not be touched for 2 years, it should be rested for up to 5 years and then poured into a carafe and drunk.

Datça Cnidus – Öküzgözü & Boğazkere – 2011

The grapes grown in the vineyards of the newly established winery in the district of Muğla are aged in French oak barrels. 13 degrees alcohol.

Tile-like highlights appeared. A medium bodied red with leather, tobacco and spice bouquets on the nose and supported by a lively acidity on the palate. Tannin is intense but balanced, long lasting on the palate. It should be sipped with rested steaks or game meats within 1-2 years.

Sevilen Parsel No: IX – 2012

Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard in Izmir province, Menderes district, Sevilentepe location, parcel 9, produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with good and controlled viticulture and limited number/bottle production approach. It is a dry red wine with a long taste finish with a concentrated elegant tannin structure on the palate, with red fruit aromas on the nose. It should be drunk at a temperature of 18 C.

Urla Vourla – 2010 – İzmir

Made from Boğazkere, Merlot, Syrah and C. Sauvignon grapes of the producer’s vineyards in Urla – Ukuf Region, with an alcohol content of 14.5 degrees. Bronze medalist from Decanter and IWSC.

Ruby colored. Elegant fruity and springy bouquets are evident on the nose and palate. Full in the mouth, balanced, ripe and velvety tannins. Four grapes make a harmonic wine. Ideally, it should be poured into a carafe and sipped with strong meat dishes and rested steaks.

Barbare Prestige – 2009

Made from organic Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Grenache grapes and aged in oak barrels for 18 months. A reserve of 6,100 bottles with 14 degrees alcohol.

Dark burgundy color. Ripe red fruit and licorice bouquets are prominent on the nose. Full and tight-textured on the palate, dense bodied. Tastes reminiscent of red forest fruits accompanied by springy tones. A persistent rich red. It should be tried with steaks that have been rested in a carafe within 3 to 5 years.

Chateau Nuzun 2008

Characteristics

Although the wine was served after aeration at the appropriate temperature and in the carafe for a while, the oak smell was very dominant, so its fruity structure was quite hidden. It may have been aged in very new oak barrels. It could wait in less barrels or it could be transferred to old barrels after a while. It was enough to disturb the tannins. Although it was an early opened wine, heavy barrel tones were the downside of the wine. (13 months in French oak barrel and 1 year in bottle)

Büyülübağ – Vedat Milor – Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot – 2012

Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes grown specifically for BÜYÜLÜBAĞ, the Kürelbağ Vedat Milor Series Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend has a fruity character, medium body and silky texture. Soft tannin, not long finish. Although it is said to have complex bouquets, it is difficult to say that it is a complex wine.

Suvla Sur – 2011

Symbolizing strength and balance, this red blend wine of SUR is a single parcel Merlot (57%), Cabernet Franc (22%), Cabernet Sauvginon (19%) and Petit Verdot ( 2%) varieties. Grapes harvested at the perfect moment of maturity are processed immediately. It is partially matured in new oak barrels for 12 months. It exhibits a rich and complex bouquet with notes of blueberry, prune, black pepper, dried mint, chocolate and walnut. It carries a soft body with its strong and aromatic essence. The most valuable Cabernet Sauvignon grapes of the İzmir Çeşme region vineyards, which have gained a well-deserved reputation in Turkey, are carefully selected and produced in our modern facilities where the Gravity System, which reflects the latest example of French technology, is applied in Avşa Island. It is matured in New French Oak Barrels for 12 months following its fermentation. Buzbağ Classic 2013 is a red dry wine produced in limited numbers in Elazig facilities from the Öküzgözü grapes of Elazığ and Boğazkere grapes of Diyarbakır. Ruby red, cherry and damson scents on the nose, spice aromas on the palate. It is a light bodied and balanced red with acidity, medium hardness and tannins. It can be sipped with red meat dishes and kebabs.

Kavaklıdere Egeo – Syrah – 2011

Egeo Syrah 2011 is made from Shiraz grapes of Aegean vineyards, aged for 8 months in French oak barrels with an alcohol content of 14.5 degrees. A full bodied red wine with a dark burgundy color, with blackberry and chocolate scents, mature tannins, and strong red meats. Received the “Bronze Medal” at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2014.

Kayra Terra – Shiraz – 2012

Terra Shiraz is a series produced by Kayra in Şarköy from shiraz (shiraz) grapes in Denizli region. It is dark cherry in color, with purple highlights, and the nose smells of strawberries and light resin. Medium bodied, hard and angular with tannins, leaving a jam-like mark on the end It should be transferred to a carafe and drunk with spicy meat dishes. A below-average table wine.

Kayra Vintage – Shiraz – 2012

It is a dark burgundy wine with 14 degrees alcohol, dark blue highlights, produced in Şarköy facilities from Thrace region grapes, aged in oak barrels. The effect of oak barrels is evident, but oak did not suppress the red fruit aromas. Medium bodied, with pronounced tannin and slightly pointed. It can be transferred to a carafe within 1-2 years and sipped alongside spicy dishes, grilled meats and kebabs.

Vinkara Doruk Öküzgözü & Boğazkere – 2012

Produced from Elazig and Diyarbakir grapes, this wine is bright burgundy in color. On the nose, there are fruity, slightly spicy, cherry and damson scents as well as black pepper and green pepper touches. The smell of alcohol is dominant. A light bodied, medium tannin, short finish, unbalanced table wine. Alcohol rate is 13.5%.

Turasan Seneler Öküzgözü & Boğazkere – 2012

Öküzgözü is from Elazığ, Boğazkere is from Denizli. Oak, prune, apricot and cherry scents are evident on the front nose. The warm climate of the Aegean region makes itself felt, you can smell the cherry jam. A light bodied, short finish, medium tannin, 13% alcoholic wine. Aged in French oak barrels for 11 months.

Kayra Buzbağ Rezerv – Öküzgözü & Boğazkere – 2012

A dark ruby colored, mature tannin, bodied, acidic and 13.5% alcohol blend of oxeye & throat. Oak and earthy scents are prominent on the nose, while red fruit, toast and cedar wood scents can also be distinguished. A special and strong wine, aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, with a full body, with strong tannins and aromas of prunes, sour cherries and ripe red fruits on the palate. The oak scent is felt a little more in the foreground. Kayra says that this wine can be aged up to 15 years under suitable conditions. It should be re-evaluated after 3-5 years of waiting. Due to restricted filtration, sediment may form over time. Such strong wines need to be decanted in a carafe. It can be sipped with sauces and oily heavy meals, tandoori, grilled meats, and fragrant ripe cheeses.

Kavaklıdere Selection – Öküzgözü & Boğazkere – 2012

Selection Kırmızı, which started to be produced in 1987 in honor of the 60th anniversary of Kavaklıdere wines, is a strong blend reflecting the character of Elazığ and Diyarbakır grapes. A deep ruby red, 14% alcoholic, full bodied wine with a long finish. On the nose are the aromas of ripe dried fruit and spices. Permanent and mature tannins on the palate, damson and earthy connotations are evident. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. Restricted filtration has been applied to preserve the characters of Öküzgözü and Boğazkere. It is stated on the bottle that it has a structure suitable for aging. It should be transferred to a carafe within 2-3 years and drunk. It is compatible with red meat dishes with spice sauce, fatty grilled meats and fatty ripe cheeses. It should be served at 17-19 degrees.

La Antre – Öküzgözü & Boğazkere – 2012

A dark purple medium bodied wine with 13.5 degree alcohol, produced in the LA Winery facilities in Torbalı, İzmir. Acidity and tart fruit scents are in the foreground. It has an unexpected sweetness that is different from other blends produced from these grapes. It would be useful to try other crops.

Doluca Kav – Öküzgözü & Boğazkere – 2012

A strong wine produced from Southeastern and Eastern Anatolian grapes, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with 14.5% alcohol. Dark purple in color. There are scents of damson, sour cherry, cherry, tobacco and leather. Oak did not suppress fruity odors. Despite its high alcohol level, it is quite balanced, bodied and mature tannins. The finish is long. It can be kept for 2-3 years. After the carafe is taken, it should be tried with sauces and fatty meat dishes, grilled meats.

Doluca Kızılcaterzi Merlot – 2011

Cultivated by the most modern micro viticulture methods from the Kızılcaterzi vineyard, Merlot has turned into wine as a result of long fermentation in small tanks after a 12-day maceration process. Kızılcaterzi Merlot is aged for 12 months in 225 liters 87% French, 13% American oak barrels. In order to add a stronger and fuller flavor to the Merlot grape, which is known for its velvety wines, 18% Shiraz grape was added to the 2011 harvest. 14.8% alcohol, dark burgundy with purple highlights, fruity, strong and full-tasting wine. On the nose, raspberry, red currant, damson, spring and oak scents, black and red fruits on the palate, springy bouquets are evident. A deep and intense red. It should be served in a carafe.

La Smyrna – 2014

A young, medium bodied, 13,5 degree alcoholic wine with a pronounced red fruit scent on the nose, rounded tannins on the palate. Restricted filtration has been applied. A bit of a sweet wine for a Cabernet Sauvignon. The ideal service temperature is 16-18 degrees. It can be sipped with barbecue and red meat dishes.

Pamukkale Senfoni – 2013

Pamukkale Symphony is a dark ruby red, soft, light-medium bodied red wine with a medium finish, produced from Shiraz, Merlot, Kalecik Karası and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Güney district of Denizli. Red forest fruits, banana, violet and spicy aromas are noticeable. 14.5% alcoholic. It can be sipped at 14-16 degrees with red meat dishes, pizzas, lightly spicy dishes.

Kabatepe Red 2013 blended wine with 13.5% alcohol and ruby red color, produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Karasakız grapes grown in the Kabatepe vineyards of Suvla and found its identity with Cabernet Franc and Merlot touches. La Consensus Shiraz&Cabernet Sauvignon&Merlot 2011

Produced in limited numbers from Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes grown in the organic vineyards of La Organic Winery in Torbalı, this strong red wine was aged for 18 months in medium-burned French and American oak barrels and limited filtration was applied in its production.

A 15% alcoholic red wine produced at Uçmakdere facilities from the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes of Şarköy-Gaziköy and Kalecik Karası of Ankara. It is a bright ruby red color, with red fruit aromas on the nose and palate. High alcohol but balanced with acidity. A medium bodied table wine with alcohol at the end. It should be drunk at 14-15 degrees within 1-2 years.

Barel Vineyards Reserve 2012

Barel Reserve 2012 is a balanced, 13.5 alcohol, elegant red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Derince vineyard at an altitude of 90 meters in Karaevli Village of Tekirdağ and aged in 225 liter French Oak barrels for 15 months. Restricted filtration has been applied. Matured in harmony with oak barrels. It is burgundy in color, with red fruit and sweet spice scents. It should be tried with red meat dishes and grilled meats in 1-2 years.

Chateau Kalpak – 2010

“Chateau Wine” is the only vineyard produced from the grapes grown in Chateau Kalpak vineyards, located at the beginning of the Gallipoli peninsula in Thrace, at an altitude of 300 meters, on pebbly and chalky soils with South and South West views, at an altitude of 300 meters. These wines, produced by the gravity system, are aged for 18 months in 12 different types of new barrels, and then the most suitable barrel and ratio combinations are selected and bottled with minimal filtration. It can be aged for 10 years or more.

A blend of 46% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Cabernet Franc and 7% Petit Verdot, this wine is dark ruby ​​colored, medium bodied, 13.9% alcohol-based, with intense aromas of black forest fruits, spices, chocolate, vanilla and florals. A balanced red wine. Despite being matured in new oak barrels for 18 months, the barrel did not suppress the wine, on the contrary, it gave it a complex structure. Kayra Imperial Öküzgözü 2011

Kayra Imperial 2011 is a 14-degree alcoholic cellar wine produced in only 6 barrels, that is, 1200 bottles, with the careful processing of Öküzgözü grapes of Elazığ. It is dark burgundy in color, with aromas of ripe black fruit, spices and tobacco on the nose. Strong and bodied on the palate, tannins are angular. Before drinking, it is necessary to decant for a while by taking it in a carafe. Restricted filtration has been applied, so sediment may form in the bottle. It can be aged under suitable storage conditions.

Büyülübağ Adakarası – 2012

A dry red wine produced from the Adakarası grape, a wine grape variety unique to the island of Avşa, by applying the gravity technique. A lively, medium bodied table wine with 13% alcohol, with aromas of blackberry and cherry.

Barel Gunn 2012

Gunn is a strong tannic wine with 13.5% alcohol, burgundy color, earthy and spicy scents, made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes grown in Gün vineyards in Tekirdağ’s Karaevli Village. It should be drunk with a carafe with fatty and strong meat dishes.

Likya Vineyards Boğazkere – 2011

Castle method, 1100 mt. at altitude; It is produced from late harvest grapes in a microclimate that is hot during the day and cool at night. A medium bodied 13.5% alcoholic wine with red and black fruit aromas on the nose, spice and violet connotations.

Arcadia Cabernet Franc 2011

A dark burgundy red wine with limited filtration, produced by gravity method from Arcadia vineyard grapes established in the ancient North East Thrace terroir in Kırklareli region. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, 13.5% alcohol, silver medal from Mundus Vini. Black fruit, dried fruit, spices and tobacco smells are felt.

Suvla Behramlı – 2015

A dark cherry-colored, fruity and spicy, easy-drinking dry red wine with 13.5% alcohol, produced mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon, Black Sakız, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Merlot varieties. With this affordable wine, it can be sipped with all kinds of pizza, pasta and meat dishes.

Usca Sonnet – Syrah & Foça Karası – 2013

A 2013 harvest, 13.1% alcoholic red wine made from 85% Shiraz and 15% Foça Karası grapes grown in Aliağa Uzunburun and Urla Kocadağ vineyards. Red berries, spice and violet tones are felt on the nose. It can be sipped with grilled meats, spicy meat dishes and intensely flavored cheeses. The ideal service temperature is 18-20 degrees.

Kocabağ – Kalecik Karası – 2015

Kocabağ Winery, one of the producers of the Cappadocia region, produces its wines using the gravity method in a natural shell carved from the rock, which can maintain a constant temperature. Made from Kalecik Karası grape, this wine has a bright ruby color, fruity, balanced and soft tannins. Red forest fruit aromas are prominent, 14% alcohol. Doluca Karma – Merlot Boğazkere – 2015

It can be said that it is a 14.5% alcoholic cooking wine produced in Çerkezköy facilities, reflecting the characteristics of strong, bodied, tannic and spicy Boğazkere and soft, velvety Merlot grapes unique to Diyarbakır region. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, full, fruity, bodied. Clove, violet and red fruit aromas are felt. It can be tried with sauce/spicy red meat dishes at 16-18 degrees, game and lamb meats, meat pasta and pizzas. It can be ventilated for 30 minutes before serving.

Dlc Öküzgözü – 2014

A clean wine with 13.5% alcohol, dark ruby color, aged for 4 months in French oak barrels, produced in Çerkezköy facilities from Öküzgözü grapes in the Eastern Anatolia region, at a very affordable price. A medium bodied, soft and comfortable-drinking monocelage with its fruity and spicy texture. It can be sipped with lamb meats, spicy meat dishes and kebabs. Service temperature is 14-16 degrees.

Kayra Imperial Öküzgözü – 2013

A complex red wine with 14% alcohol, aged in oak barrels, produced in 6 barrels from Öküzgözü grapes grown in selected vineyards of Kayra in Elazığ. It is dark burgundy in color, with aromas of red fruit, spices and tobacco. Body, long, full and strong. The tannins are softened and well integrated into the barrel. A wine that can be aged under the right conditions. It must be taken into a carafe before serving. A surprising example for Öküzgözü wine.

Chamlija Kara Sevda – 2016

A soft and lively red wine with 13.5% alcohol, made from Papaskarası grapes of the vineyards at the foot of the Istranca Mountains. It has been rested in steel tanks, no filtering and clarification has been done. Red and black fruit aromas and violet connotations are felt. Medium bodied, round tannin, lively and elegant. It can be tried with poultry, kid, lamb and dairy calf and even some fish such as salmon.

Büyülübağ Hedone – 2013

Hedone is a celebratory wine, which is produced in small quantities in honor of the 10th anniversary of Büyüklübağ. A premium red wine produced with natural yeast from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from the producer’s only plot on Avsa Island. Rested in French oak barrels for 14 months, 2336 bottles with 14% alcohol were produced. A complex, full-bodied and strong wine where you can get many different aromas as it opens. Dark burgundy color has associations with earth, tobacco, oak, black pepper, thyme, cloves and black forest fruits. Magicalbag Hedone is a cellar wine suitable for aging. It should definitely be taken into a carafe and ventilated for at least 1 hour if possible. It should be sipped with pleasure with red meats that will not overpower the wine or on its own.

Chamlija – Nev-i Şahsına Münhasır – 2012

A blend produced from the grapes of the vineyards at the foot of the Strandja Mountains, using 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Petit Verdot. It has been rested in French oak barrels, no clarification or filtering has been done. 15% alcohol. Deep ruby color with purple highlights, cherry, blueberry and spice bouquets are evident. Body, strong tannins, high alcohol but balanced. It can be sipped with red meat dishes.

Lilkya Vineyards – Merlot – 2015

A dark burgundy red wine with 14.5% alcohol, made from Merlot grapes grown in Lycia’s vineyards at an altitude of 1,100 meters in Antalya Elmalı. Along with the aromas of red and black fruit, vanilla is also felt. Body, flexible tannins and fresh acidity. It can be sipped with kebabs and meat dishes.

Chamlija Istranca Müteşekkir – 2015

Chamlija Strandja Thank you, a very affordable red wine produced by our boutique producer Chamlija for one of the chain markets. Made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes grown in vineyards at the southern foothills of the Strandja Mountains. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. 15% alcohol. Red fruit flavors such as cherry and strawberry are felt. Soft tannic and fruity. The producer stated that this wine can be stored until 2026, provided that suitable conditions are provided.

Chamlija Thracian 2013

A classy wine with 15% alcoholic body, strong and long-lasting, produced from grapes grown in selected parcels of Strandja vineyards without filtering or clarification. 47% Merlot, 46% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Cabernet Franc are used in this special blending. Alcohol, acidity and tannin are balanced, and the use of barrels is also balanced. In dark burgundy color, caramel, vanilla, tobacco, red and black fruit scents are accompanied by cinnamon and clove connotations. A complex, strong and aging red wine. Chamlija Django 2016 – Kırklareli

Django 2016 is the top segment wine of Chamliha winery. Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in 2000 bottles. 15% alcohol. All of the wine has been matured twice in new French oak barrels for a total of 24 months. This wine, without clarification or filtering, is a dark burgundy, bodied, mature tannin, well-balanced, classy red wine. The aromas of black fruit and sweet spice are felt by the bouquets coming from oak barrels. Well integrated with the wine barrel. In a structure that can be aged, earlier to consume.
